OM-26R screw presenters with rotary screw selection system, for positioning at the pick-up point, can be used in automatic pick-and-place processes.

Adjustable rail vibration amplitude and frequency

Adjust the vibration frequency and amplitude to insure the optimal feeding speed.

Built-in timer

The screw presenter stops if a screw has not been picked up from the pick-up point after a certain time. This time is set via a timer.

Linear rail guides the screws

The linear rail guides the screws from the bowl to the pick-up point in the rotary selection device; it is supplied by the screw presenter and is specific to the screw diameter.

Screw ready sensor

With the built-in screw ready sensor, the robot never tries to pick up screws unsuccessfully.
