Automatic Screw presenter for Pick-and-Place applications

NJRL screw presenter with linear screw escaper. Ideal screw presenters for our SDV-series tools with vacuum pick up.

Adjustable rail vibration amplitude and frequency

Adjust the vibration frequency and amplitude to insure the optimal feeding speed.

Built-in timer

•

The screw presenter stops if a screw has not been picked up from the pick-up point after a certain time. This time is set via a timer.

Linear rail guides the screws

The linear rail guides the screws from the bowl to the pick-up point in the linear screw escaper; it is supplied by the screw presenter and is specific to the screw diameter.

Screw ready sensor

With the built-in screw ready sensor, the robot never tries to pick up screws unsuccessfully.

Works with Non-magnetics screws

Use the NJRL screw presenter together with the SDV-series tools with vacuum, to pick up stainless steel, aluminum and even plastic screws.
