Spin Robotics - Start

Spin Robotics was founded in September 2019 by two dedicated and ambitious entrepreneurs with more than 15 years of experience in the robotic industry.  

Our headquarter is in the StartUp Hub in Odense – the robotic capital of Denmark, which gives us the unique position to communicate and collaborate with peers, educational and governmental institutions, as well as take full advantage of the entrepreneurial environment around us.  

Our company is born global with a strategy to develop, sell and distribute truly innovative plug’n’produce screwdriver tools for collaborative robots to ensure full benefit for small- and medium sized production and assembly businesses.  

The goal is to provide Plug’n’Produce screwdriver tools that are easy-to-use, cost-efficient, and absolutely safe alongside human workers.  


Our vision is to provide the global industry with Plug’n’Produce screwdriver tools for collaborative robots (cobots).  

We envision to remove all manual and repetitive tasks in industrial production by simply introducing our screwdriver tool in assembly processes. Too many employees world-wide are struggling with injuries in the back, shoulder, arm and wrist area because of the task to manually screw bolts and screws into products. Spin Robotics predicts a future where this process can be fully automized by a cobot with our appropriate screwdriver tool – depending on the task and screw/bolt/nut.  

The future is cobots and humans working safely together, creating a more efficient working environment resulting in higher productivity.  


It is our mission to enable small and medium-sized enterprises to cost-effectively automate high-mix and low-volume production tasks, by introducing innovative and intelligent tooling for collaborative robots.  

We provide true plug’n’produce robotic tools – easy to mount, program and deploy in a production linke. AI, machine learning, sensing and active robotic control will provide the necessary intelligence required to achieve true plug’n’produce funcitonality, even in complicated applications and processes.  

It is a key value for us, that all our products are collaborative safe and in compliance with the ISO/TS 15066:2016 technical specification. It is not enough to be able to easily program the robot, deployment of the entire solution must be straight forward – including the safety and risk assessment.
